Spaghetti Squash with Pine Nuts Sage and Romano

 

Ingredients -

1 Spaghetti Squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
1/4 cup Toasted Pine Nuts
1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Sage
2 teaspoons Unsalted Butter, melted
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. Cut the squash in half lengthwise.

3. Place the squash in a large baking dish, cut side down.

4. Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes.

5. Remove the flesh with a fork.

6. Transfer to a large bowl.

7. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.

8. Serve immediately.
